what is components of environment

Environment

Environment in ts true sense can be defined as all that surrounding us environment is our basic life support system it provides the air we breath the water we drink the food we eat and the land where we live it also includes also plant animal large variety of man- made things which are necessary for our living thus environment has both natural and man-made element the natural environment can b further bifurcated into two groups the physical environment and biological environment the physical environment includes all non living things like land, water and air the biological environment includes all living things such as plant and animal.man is  the most important component of the biological environment who satisfied all the required needs from both part group of the environment two component of natural environment that is physical and biological  are largely interdependent and can not be separate any major change in the physical environment is bound o bring the change in the accompanying biological environment the change can be sudden and gradual for example the development soil takes year together and cannot be visualised through our sense on the other hand and changes and very sudden like the change brought about by the occurrence of an earthquake or volcano etc.

four sphere of environment

1-Lithosphere

2-Atmmosphere

3-Hydrospere

4-biosphere

1-lithosphere image
The literal meaning of lithosphere is the sphere of rock the earth solid layer are called lithosphere the lithosphere  is about 100 km in thickness the uppermost part of the lithosphere is composed of rock rich in silica and almunium are called sail below the sail layer the rock are mainly rich in silica and magnesium are called sima which is generally found below the bottom of ocean basin thus lithosphere  is the part of the earth which provides us land over which live it provides soil from the plant and is also a sources of all mineral wealth.

Compare weather and climate

 Weather

Weather is a state of atmosphere at a particular time and place in term of certain well defined term or  element these element are temperature and humidity cloudiness, precipitation wind and atmospheric pressure these  condition are studied  in meteorology the science of understanding weather and weather forecasting.

meteorologist scientist who study weather record these element of the weather every day such constant recording of weather information help in determining the climate of a given region.

Climate

climate  is  the average  weather in a particular region  over a  long period of time the word climate come from the greek word  klima  referring too  the  inclination of the  sun climate is not the same as  weather it is the average  pattern of  weather for a particular region as place  that is  usually does not get much rain over a year would be said to have a dry climate a place where it usually stays cold for most of the year would be aid to have a cold climate climate is usually for weather forecasting it also help in determining the best time for farmers  to plants and there crops  it is helpful for us plain to a vacation.

What is Environment

We always think of weather wherever we may be.weather is a one of the first things we notice after we wake up.if it is cold,we wear a sweater.if it is hot and sunny, wear light cotton clothes.we may be also look at the weather forecast in a newspaper, or on the internet ,in case we have to go out for a picnic, or for a holiday break but ways weather simply? let us find out.

Weather is the state of atmosphere at a particular time and place of certain well defined terms or these element are temperature, humidity, cloudiness, precipitation and atmospheric pressure these condition are studied in meteorology the science understanding weather and weather forecasting.
Meteorologist (scientist who study weather) record these element of the weather every day. such constant recording of weather information helps determining the climate of given region.

The weather element

Temperature

Temperature is a indicator of degree of hotness and coldness of the air. temperature on the earth average(15 degree C ) at a sea level but various according to latitude elevation seasons and time of day .it can range from the record high to 58 degree c a record low of -88 degree. temperature is generally highest in the tropics and lowest near the poles. on any given day it is usually warmest
during mid after noon and coldest around dawn just before sunrise.

Humidity

Humidity is measure of the  amount of the water vapour in the atmosphere.the most common measure of humidity is the the relative humidity.it equals the amount of water vapour actually present in the atmosphere.divided by the atmosphere.maximum water vapour holding capacity at the atmosphere.

Cloudiness

Most cloud are produced due to cooling of air as it rises up.when air temperature gets reduce.the excess water vapour in the air condenses into liquid  droplets,or ice crystals to from clouds or fog. fog refer to cloud that almost touch the ground.in dense fog ,the visibility range may be around 50 m or  so.

Precipitation

Precipitation is produced when the droplet and crystal in clouds grow large enough to fall on the ground. precipitation takes the variety of forms including rain drizzle, snow, hail, ice pellets,or sleet.

Wind

The horizontal movement of air referred to as the wind it is  name after the direction from which it comes  for example  a wind coming from north is known as  the northern wind in most places near the ground the wind speed usually average from 8 km/hr to 24 km/hr however  it can be very much higher during intense storms.

atmosphere pressure

It plays a vital role in the weather system atmosphere pressure is the force  due to the weight of the air on a given surface divided by the area of  that surface falling pressure usually indicates an approaching storm rising pressure usually indicates clear sky.
